Project Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Project Manager who will build efficient processes, lead the team, and coordinate project activities. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to successfully deliver projects while fostering long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development team.
• Establish and implement effective processes aligned with the team’s goals and current project needs.
• Proactively manage client communication and build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders.
• Act as a problem solver and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to build processes from scratch, tailored to client requirements and project specifics.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust with both clients and team members.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactivity, and ability to multitask.
• Solution- and results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted and agent-based development practices, with the ability to apply them effectively.
