Project Manager

We are seeking an organized, results-driven Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and software development projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and risks, and keep delivery on track.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones aligned to objectives
Coordinate engineering resources across active initiatives and track utilization
Track budgets, expenditures, and forecasts to keep projects on budget
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and create mitigation plans
Escalate critical issues early to leadership to protect timelines and scope
Communicate project status through concise updates and progress reports
Monitor day-to-day execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are met
Coordinate deployment and release activities with engineering and operations teams

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects end to end
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence outcomes without direct authority
Strong project planning and scheduling skills for scope, milestones, and timelines
Solid understanding of SDLC and project delivery lifecycle
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, Monday.com, or Smartsheet
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for clear stakeholder communication
