Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This role calls for a proactive and detail-oriented professional capable of driving complex initiatives to successful completion. Responsibilities

• Manage the overall remediation plan, ensuring all activities are properly sequenced, resourced, and executed on schedule
• Coordinate technical implementation teams to ensure smooth execution of remediation activities across relevant departments
• Track remediation progress, ownership assignments, and compliance metrics to maintain visibility into project status and accountability
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations to proactively address obstacles and keep the project moving forward without delay
• Provide executive status reporting to keep senior leadership informed on progress, risks, and key milestones

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator roles
• A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team of 20 or more employees
• Experience participating in at least 5 full-cycle projects, or involvement in multiple projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycle
• Experience leading infrastructure, Active Directory, or enterprise security initiatives
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, LDAP/LDAPS, Windows Server environments, and identity management concepts
• Experience coordinating technical teams across Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Security, and Operations
• Ability to manage technical dependencies, implementation timelines, risk mitigation, and change management activities
• Practical experience with Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise reporting tools for tracking tasks, incidents, and project metrics
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to support data-driven decision-making
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), with the ability to clearly and effectively explain technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

• A Project Management certification (such as PMP or equivalent) would be considered a plus
