Project (Engineering) Manager

We are seeking a Project (Engineering) Manager to coordinate multiple engineering projects and help establish a consistent transformation process. You will track delivery health, risks, and project metrics across teams, communicate progress to stakeholders, and keep action items moving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and align timelines, scope, and delivery expectations
• Define and communicate a development plan, including milestones and dependencies
• Track weekly team status and consolidate updates into clear dashboards or slides
• Monitor bugs, risks, and overall progress across multiple teams and escalate as needed
• Coordinate weekly reviews and present concise status updates to management and stakeholders
• Collect feedback from teams and translate inputs into actionable adjustments
• Capture action items, assign owners, and follow up to completion

Requirements

• 2+ years project management experience using project metrics
• 2+ years experience creating status reports, dashboards, and executive updates
• Engineering background with ability to partner effectively with technical teams
• Stakeholder management skills for client-facing communication with project managers and team leads
• Strong documentation skills with proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and delivery signals
• Flexible availability to sync with offshore teams in Poland and India
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2, Upper-Intermediate)

• AI strategy experience to support transformation planning and prioritization
• Supply chain operations knowledge across design, plan, source, make, and deliver
• Experience with Buganizer for defect tracking and triage
