We're a team of 6 passionate researchers, looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Your role is to support researchers, product managers and designers, in order to run their own research studies. You will particularly:
- Manage recruitment process across multiple research studies from scheduling, screening, to paying incentives to participants, as per guidelines.
- Work with internal teams to understand recruitment requirements and timelines.
- Manage research tools under guidance from Research Lead.
- Manage participant relationships, and maintain data and consent
- Organise workshops and other research events.
- Respond to participants or internal staff’s enquiries about recruitment.
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment activities and participant satisfaction
- Follow compliance and privacy policy in managing participant data
Note: this is NOT a research role.
Essential attributes- Organisational skills with a proven ability to manage complex resources and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on detail.
- Communication: Highly articulate in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to work with diverse teams.

- Ethics and Compliance: You manage user data with total discretion, ensuring strict adherence to privacy guidelines and legal requirements, throughout data collection, storage, and access.
Desirable attributes- Experience in recruiting users for research, managing personal data cross-country, to highest ethical standards
- Project management experience
- Experience in research ops products or similar experience.
- Knowledge of using Claude to optimise workflows.
