Project Administrator

We are seeking a meticulous Project Administrator to join our motivated team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our Project Managers to maintain effective and efficient application system operations and monitoring across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to provide value-added administrative support and make a significant impact on our technology projects and operations.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in daily project administration tasks, ensuring smooth execution and tracking
• Manage and track project timesheets to ensure accuracy and timely submission
• Coordinate interview scheduling and hiring logistics for project staffing needs
• Prepare and maintain financial and operational reports for delivery teams
• Maintain and update project trackers regarding resource allocation, renewals and onboarding/offboarding status
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, access and checklists
• Assist in preparing project documentation, reports and compliance tracking
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and administrative support

Requirements

• Proven experience in project administration, office administration or a relevant support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Solid understanding of project coordination or administrative processes
• Clear communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently when required
• Proficiency in written and spoken English (B2 level or higher)
