Program Manager

About the Position

We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a large scale, multi workstream technology or data program. You will coordinate delivery governance, planning, stakeholder communication, and execution across migration workstreams in a distributed environment.

About the Team

As the Program Manager, you will lead a cross-functional delivery team, including architects and engineering team members. The role reports to DataArt’s account leadership and works in direct, frequent contact with the client’s business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall program plan across all migration workstreams
• Establish delivery governance across all participating teams
• Define a requirements and change management process
• Run and enforce agile delivery routines across the full team
• Own the client facing reporting cadence
• Manage the engagement scope
• Coordinate concurrent workstreams and manage dependencies across teams
• Serve as the primary escalation point between the delivery team and stakeholders
• Maintain a clear risk and issue log with ownership and target resolution dates
• Partner with the Architect and engineering team on data quality and validation checkpoints
• Keep scope decisions and open items traceable

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Program Manager on large scale multi workstream technology or data programs
• Former experience as a hands on senior Project Manager
• Strong command of Scrum and Kanban and supporting tools such as Jira
• Experience managing Time and Materials engagements including budget tracking burn rate forecasting and scope control
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience communicating with senior stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience managing distributed cross functional nearshore or LATAM delivery teams
• Experience managing data migration projects
• Strong risk and issue management skills with a track record of early escalation
• Availability to travel as needed to client sites in the LATAM region for short periods of time

Nice to Have

• A technical background as a software developer or database administrator
• Experience in capital markets
• Familiarity with modern capital markets data platforms
• PMP certification
• PMI ACP certification
• Scrum Master certification
