We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the next stage of growth for
inDrive Money – our lending platform, starting with drivers and expanding into new segments and use cases across the ecosystem.
The foundation is already in place – now the focus is on scaling the business across multiple geographies, products, and user segments, each with unique market dynamics, regulatory environments, and risk profiles.
This role sits within the
Fintech cluster and is responsible for building one of the core growth engines for inDrive, with direct impact on revenue, retention, and ecosystem expansion.
This role comes with end-to-end ownership – from strategy and product decisions to business impact and scaling.
You will play a key role in evolving the product into a large-scale, multi-market fintech business, shaping how financial services are embedded into everyday user journeys across the inDrive ecosystem.
- Define and drive the product strategy for lending, focusing on scaling across markets, segments, and product lines
- Define and uphold strong product standards across the full lifecycle – from discovery to delivery – ensuring high-quality decision-making and execution
- Work closely with business, risk, and other fintech teams to design sustainable and scalable solutions
- Identify and unlock growth levers: funnel expansion, conversion, retention, and portfolio performance
- Collaborate with ecosystem teams (Ride-Healing, Delivery, SuperApp and other) to unlock cross-vertical synergies
- Decompose strategic goals into actionable initiatives and enablers, ensuring strong execution
- Build and lead a high-performing product team, setting clear goals and driving accountability
- Explore and launch new adjacent products and monetization opportunities
- 6+ years of experience in product management, including experience in a product leadership role
- Strong product leadership experience, ideally in fintech /lending /credit
- Proven ability to scale products across markets and segments
- Deep understanding of credit products, risk, and unit economics
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking
- Experience working in cross-functional environments (product, risk, business, tech)
- Ability to drive alignment across stakeholders and influence without authority
