As a Lead Product Manager for Processing, you will own the development of one of our core product domains responsible for how payments are initiated, processed, routed, and completed across our platform.
This is a hands-on product leadership role. You will shape the domain strategy and roadmap, translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions, and lead complex initiatives involving multiple product and engineering teams.
We are looking for someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with practical payments expertise and a solid understanding of how B2B payment businesses operate in the real world.
Domain Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap; translate company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into clear product priorities; maintain a 12–24 month planning horizon
Payments Product Development: Own payment-related products and capabilities end-to-end; understand payment flows, methods, routing, settlement, failures, reconciliation and operational implications; identify opportunities to improve conversion, reliability, cost and scalability
Cross-Domain Initiatives: Personally lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product domains and teams; identify dependencies, build execution plans, align stakeholders and drive initiatives through delivery rather than relying only on coordination structures
Discovery & Solution Design: Structure ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback and operational insights; define target solutions and business logic together with Engineering, Design, Operations and other stakeholders
Roadmap & Prioritization: Own and continuously prioritize the domain roadmap; balance customer value, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, technical investments, compliance requirements and delivery capacity
Business & OperationsUnderstand how product decisions affect B2B operations; work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support and commercial teams; identify where operational processes should be automated, redesigned or eliminated through product changes
Metrics & Performance: Define domain-level success metrics; monitor payment performance and product outcomes; use data to identify bottlenecks, validate improvements and make prioritization decisions
Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs and progress clearly to Product leadership, executives and cross-functional stakeholders; represent the domain in company-level discussions
Product Leadership: Raise the quality of product practices within the domain; support and mentor Product Managers; help teams move from feature delivery toward measurable product and business outcomes
This role goes beyond managing a backlog or delivering features. We expect a Lead Product Manager to be able to operate at several levels simultaneously:
Strategy → Domain → Initiative → Execution
You should be comfortable defining where the domain needs to go, translating that direction into concrete initiatives, and stepping directly into execution when a complex problem requires hands-on leadership.
The role is designed for a mature product leader who can operate independently today and take on broader product leadership responsibility as the organization and domain evolve.
