As
Product Operations Manager, you will act as the bridge between what is happening on the ground and what the product organization builds next. You will bring structure to frontline complexity, surface the most important market insights, help teams identify the highest-impact opportunities, and ensure product launches and improvements are relevant, scalable, and operationally sound.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, operations, and market strategy. You will have the chance to influence what gets built, how it gets launched, and how well it performs in one of our most important global market.
- Surface and synthesize market insights: Spend time on the front lines with couriers, merchants, support teams, and local operations to identify patterns, size problems, and connect feedback directly to business and product metrics
- Shape product strategy and improve backlogs: Partner with Product, Design, and Analytics to translate insights into clear problem statements, bring local evidence into discovery, and pressure-test hypotheses before development begins
- Support local product setup and operational readiness: Ensure globally scalable products fit local realities by identifying where assumptions break, managing regional configurations, and reviewing operational feasibility before rollout
- Own in-market testing and rollouts: Act as the key regional partner for planning, executing, and monitoring pilots, experiments, and product launches across the delivery portfolio
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Work across Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and Support to align stakeholders on problems, trade-offs, and what success looks like
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, business operations, data analytics, consulting, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to structure problems and guide strategic decisions
- High ownership, a strong bias for action, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to collaborate and build alignment across product, analytics, operations, and business teams
- Professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1+), Russian is a plus
