We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager (CRM Fintech) to drive the adoption and growth of cashless payments and wallet products across the inDrive ecosystem.
This role sits at the intersection of product, CRM, analytics, and fintech. You will own end-to-end go-to-market and CRM strategies for card payments, local cashless methods, and wallet solutions – for both users and drivers.
Your mission is to turn fintech products into clear, trusted, and habit-forming experiences, using data-driven CRM, strong product narratives, and scalable lifecycle communication.
Product Marketing & Adoption- Own product positioning and value propositions for card payments (fully cashless), local cashless methods (QR, bank transfers, prepaid, etc.), user and driver wallets (balances, top-ups, promised payments, payment links)
- Translate complex fintech products into clear, simple, and actionable messaging for users
- Design education and activation flows that communicate what the product is, when and why to use it, and key benefits for both users and drivers
CRM & Lifecycle Ownership
- Define and lead CRM strategies across the full user lifecycle:
- Manage multi-channel communications, including push notifications, In-app banners, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels
- Work closely with Bloomreach to build segmentation strategies, develop dynamic content, and implement triggered communication flows
Data, Events & Analytics
- Own the definition and quality of product and CRM events to support segmentation, reporting, experimentation, and machine learning use cases (e.g., eligibility, next-best-action, intent prediction)
- Partner with analytics teams to track adoption and conversion to cashless, repeat usage, retention, and contribution margin impact
- Drive A/B testing and continuous experimentation for fintech communications and incentives
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Act as a key bridge between Product (Fintech / Payments / Wallet), Engineering, Analytics & Data Science and Local Marketing teams
- Support product rollouts across multiple markets, adapting to different payment ecosystems
Experience
- 4–7+ years in Product Marketing, CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong experience in fintech, payments, wallets, or other financial products
- Hands-on CRM expertise (Bloomreach experience is a strong plus)
- Proven track record of driving product adoption through CRM initiatives
Skills
- Strong analytical mindset; experienced with funnels, cohorts, uplift analysis, and retention metrics
- Proficient in working with events, data schemas, and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex product concepts for users and stakeholders
- Experience designing and running experiments, iterating based on data insights
- Comfortable collaborating across markets and cross-functional teams
