• At least one year of experience as a Product Analyst, preferably in gamedev, digital, or product driven companies
• Strong SQL skills
• Advanced Python knowledge for data analysis and automation
• Experience working with Git
• Experience using Airflow
• Deep understanding of product and monetization metrics
• Hands on experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests
• Genuine interest in data and a strong analytical mindset
• Experience working with ClickHouse
• Understanding of game economy
• Experience with Redash, Superset, Tableau, or Power BI
• Analyzing player behavior, including cohort analysis, segmentation, and identifying moments where players feel friction, boredom, or ease
• Analyzing offers, packs, and bundles
• Defining analytics requirements for in-game events to support deeper product and player behavior analysis
• Developing BI tools such as dashboards and visualizations
• Running research and creating analytical artifacts
• Preparing presentations with research results for the team
• Identifying product growth opportunities and formulating insights and hypotheses
• Working with key product metrics including Retention, ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, and Conversion
• Building and interpreting analytical funnels
• Detecting anomalies and patterns in data
• Designing and analyzing A/B tests
• Building predictive models
• Interpreting data and explaining complex insights in clear and simple terms
• Ensuring data quality and consistency
