As a principal Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for talent mapping, market research, and hiring of executive-level Quants, Traders, Researchers, and Developers globally. This role requires a proven track of success in the HFT domain, an advanced level of English, and an executive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep talent mapping across global HFT ecosystems
- Identify, engage, and attract top-tier talent
- Execute full-cycle hiring for niche and highly specialized roles
- Build and maintain market research on competitors and key talent pools
- Develop long-term pipelines of passive candidates
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define search strategies
- Lead candidate outreach using highly personalized approaches
- Drive difficult and competitive hires from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Share market insights, industry knowledge, and networking practices with the internal team
Requirements:
- Mandatory: hands-on recruiting experience in HFT companies
- Strong experience conducting deep talent mapping across HFT competitors
- Working Proficiency level of English
- Clear understanding of the HFT talent landscape
- Ability to identify top-tier talent globally
- Strong sourcing skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- High level of ownership and independence
