The IT company Andersen invites a Personnel Officer to join its team.

– Managing hiring, onboarding, and termination processes end to end, including preparation and validation of employment documentation.
– Registering and deregistering employees with ZUS.
– Preparing employee documentation, including: employment contracts, B2B contracts, contract amendments, employment certificates, internship contracts.
– Responsible for the office archive of original employee personnel files (filing, organizing, and ensuring proper storage).
– Administering benefit packages.
– Coordinating the payroll process: preparing and transferring monthly data and documentation to the Payroll Department.
– Advising employees on Polish labour law.
– Monitoring expiry dates of medical examinations and OHS (BHP) training.
– Supporting employees with work and residence permit procedures.
– Updating employee records in the internal HR system.
– Managing employee absences in the internal HR system (paid leave, sick leave, etc.).
– Supporting the Head and Deputy Head of the Personnel Department with various HR-related matters.
– Handling sensitive information with full confidentiality.
– Knowledge of Polish labor law.
– At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
– Strong affinity for working with documents, contracts, and applications.
– High level of organization and attention to detail.
– Strong communication skills, confidence, and positive energy.
– Professional appearance.
– Readiness to work with confidential documents.
– Polish language proficiency – Advanced level or higher.
– Experience with migration law.
– Knowledge of English.
