Partner Relationship Manager - Kenya ( Somali speaking)

Your role at Exness:

A member of our specialized client-facing team, focused on building and developing relationships with partners within the Somali-speaking market in Kenya. The Partner Relationship Manager will provide an exceptional level of service to both new and existing partners through a value-driven, relationship-based approach.

The role will focus on retaining and growing our partner network while providing ongoing relationship management and support throughout the partner journey. Strong knowledge of the Somali-speaking community and business landscape in Kenya, together with the ability to build trusted local relationships, will be highly valuable for this position.

The role is based in our Nairobi, Kenya office.

You will:

Account Management Functional Expertise

• Account Management
• Act as the primary point of contact between the Partners and the Company.
• Ensure partner satisfaction by maintaining a professional relationship, handling and following-up on issue resolutions and catering to Partner needs
• Directing partners to a specific outcome through company approved communication channels.
• Educate partners on the Company’ platforms and websites, proactively offering new tools and features to partners
• Tend to partners’ needs and concerns to offer the best solutions/alternatives to partners.
• Engage with the partners following the sales process and practices defined for that opportunity.
• Keep partners up-to-date with Exness’ developments to ensure they receive the highest level of service.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and prospective partners to generate new business for Exness’ products/services.

• Business Development
• Build and manage a profitable portfolio of Exness business partners by acquiring new, growing and retaining existing partners including building and maintaining a robust pipeline of new potential partners
• Develop a deep understanding of their respective markets, competitive analysis and partner activities
• Formulate and articulate market specific strategies, competitive analyses, growth strategies, including collaborative initiatives such as with our internal marketing team, loyalty campaign teams, as well as our event teams.Plan and develop promotional campaigns, activities, and participate in client events and business trips to engage better with partners.
• Prepare activities utilizing available tools, reports, action items and business insights to enable a productive sales activity.
• Participate in related industry & partners events and this will take in the form of expos, conventions, training and seminar sessions.
• Ensure compliance and adherence of the Company business, regulatory and brand guidelines.

What makes you a great fit:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client relationship or any relevant client facing roles within the financial trading industry.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written in native language and English
• Excellent presentation skills in both native language (Somali, Swahili and English)
• Excellent convincing and influencing skills.
• Persistence and critical thinking skills.
• Strong commercial and business development mindset.
• Deep knowledge in financial markets, trading, investing, technical and fundamental analysis.
• Strong knowledge in Stock / FOREX trading knowledge
• Sales-driven and motivated personality to achieve KPIs on a weekly / monthly / quarterly basis.
• Experience working with Salesforce, Tableau and other reporting tools.
• Graduating with a Bachelor degree is compulsory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task with attention to detail and meet deadlines
• Able to work in a team and individually when need be
• Investment license/financial certifications highly regarded.
