ORM & SERM Manager

We’re looking for a ORM & SERM Manager to be the voice and shield of our brand. As a 10-year fintech company with millions of users, we operate in the spotlight, and you’ll help us stay one step ahead.
You’ll be responsible for our growth in brand awareness and positive sentiment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor global brand mentions and track overall brand sentiment
- Execute targeted SERM strategies to maintain a positive search landscape
- Cultivate organic brand advocacy and manage narrative-driven audience engagement across relevant platforms
- Manage brand presence and feedback on major review platforms like Trustpilot
- Translate complex community insights into actionable marketing and product feedback
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in reputation management (ORM/SERM), PR, or brand communications
- Strong experience within the crypto/web3 industry is a major plus
- Exceptional English writing skills with the ability to handle sensitive scenarios diplomatically
- Hands-on experience with social listening and sentiment analysis tools
