Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, verify and troubleshoot web-based applications with an emphasis on speed and dependability
- Contribute fresh functionality and upgrades to enhance the capabilities of current products
- Construct fresh system modules and weave third-party solutions into the current application ecosystem to satisfy evolving business needs
- Adhere to established coding standards and take an active role in peer code evaluations
- Champion a quality-first mindset across every phase of the software development process
- Conduct thorough testing during development to confirm that delivered solutions align with defined expectations and standards
- Dive deep into backlog items during grooming sessions to fully understand and clarify project needs
- Contribute to strengthening and maintaining the underlying infrastructure for improved reliability and growth capacity
- Take part in on-call rotations to address urgent issues and ensure prompt resolution
Requirements
- At least 2 years of practical, hands-on background working with .NET and C#
- Strong command of JavaScript, paired with hands-on familiarity using the jQuery library
- Skilled in CSS and HTML to craft visually appealing, responsive interfaces that enhance user experience
- Considerable background applying the ASP.NET MVC framework in real projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven success contributing to sizable, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong command of the English language, at a B2 proficiency level or above
Nice to have
- Familiarity with ASP.NET WebForms, along with any exposure to migrating WebForms projects into MVC frameworks
- Basic familiarity with Bootstrap for crafting mobile-friendly, adaptive website layouts
- Comfortable working with relational database systems and writing SQL queries for managing and retrieving data
- Hands-on exposure to LINQ for handling data operations and queries within .NET-based solutions
