.NET Developer

Responsibilities
- Participate as an active member of the software development team by designing and developing solutions for projects, bug fixes, and improvements to the technological tools managed by the area
- Take part in the implementation of projects using the technological tools defined by the required competencies for the position
- Collaborate effectively as part of the team, since teamwork is essential to the success of the projects
- Propose new tools and initiatives to foster innovation and improve the efficiency of the team's technical work
- Suggest software improvements while being fully engaged across the complete software development lifecycle
- Perform software development tasks aligned with project goals and technical requirements
- Carry out database development activities to support application functionality and data needs
- Follow the established development standards and the agile value chain to ensure consistency and quality
- Collaborate on project effort estimation to support accurate planning and delivery
- Address and follow up on issues reported by the testing team, ensuring timely resolution and quality outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant commercial experience in software development
- Strong knowledge of systems architecture for designing well-structured solutions
- Solid experience with SQL database management and handling unstructured data
- Practical experience working with Agile methodologies, as well as familiarity with Waterfall
- Hands-on experience with the .NET platform, including strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core
- Experience developing web services and integrations across systems
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Solid experience with SQL Server, including data modeling and T-SQL
- Proven experience developing back-end web services using ASMX, WCF, Web API, and REST
- Experience with cross-system integration, messaging, Windows Services, and parallel processing
- Hands-on experience with source control tools such as TFS and Git/GitHub
- Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development
- Good oral and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher)
