Join us as a Paid Acquisition Expert to build Qonto’s mobile app acquisition strategy and establish expertise we don’t yet have in-house.

Reporting to Alicia Dassance, you will work closely with our Global Expertise team. You’ll combine hands-on campaign work across the App Store and Google Play Store with the strategic view needed to decide what we bring in-house, test what works, and scale it across markets.

➡️ What you’ll do

• Set Qonto’s cross-market mobile app acquisition strategy, and build the internal capability to run it
• Test and improve App Store and Google Play pages: wording, visuals, conversion
• Support the local paid managers in building the global strategy and driving optimisations across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC, Snapchat and push — with TikTok and Meta in scope
• Bring mobile acquisition in-house, taking over work currently handled by an external agency
• Partner with local market teams, creative, GrowthOps, engineering and measurement to get changes shipped
  

➡️ What we’re looking for

• Relevant experience: you bring hands-on mobile app acquisition experience (around 5 years in the domain) and can speak to your own scope, decisions and results.
• Builder mindset: you’ve set up something that didn’t exist before. You decide what to prioritise, build the operating approach, and learn by testing rather than waiting for certainty.
• Platform and channel expertise: you run acquisition across Apple Search Ads, Google UAC and paid social, and improve App Store and Google Play pages through structured testing of wording and visuals.
• Measurement fluency: you work confidently with MMPs such as Adjust, with ATT/SKAN, and with the consent and data-sharing constraints that shape what you can measure and decide.
• B2B context: B2B acquisition experience is a plus — strong B2C profiles remain in scope if you’re curious about how the model changes.

• What does she bring to the team? Alicia brings deep hands-on paid acquisition and performance expertise, and a rare understanding of how Qonto’s markets, channels and growth levers actually fit together.
