Estoty Vilnius is looking for an experienced Game Designer who’s a whizz at creating mobile games. Is that you? Join us!

Conceptualise, document, and implement new game features and content;
Iterate on current features based on data and user feedback;
Design and balance game progression, economy, and monetization;
Collaborate with Team Leads to plan feature roadmaps;
Effectively communicate design decisions to scrum team(s).

Minimum 2 years of experience in the GameDev industry;
Portfolio of released games as a Game Designer;
Deep knowledge of the mobile games market, trending genres, and success metrics;
Proven ability to deconstruct games and identify their strengths and weaknesses;
Design thinking skills with a user-centric approach to game development;
Experience with scripting languages or a basic understanding;
Strong collaboration, communication, problem-solving skills, and a proactive mindset;
Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
