Responsibilities
- Advance EPAM’s partnership with Microsoft in North America by cultivating relationships with senior stakeholders and ensuring alignment with global Microsoft teams and EPAM’s multi-cloud vision
- Develop and roll out go-to-market plans for Microsoft in the region, working alongside cloud experts and marketing teams
- Collaborate with business unit leaders, sales, technical staff, and marketing to build growth initiatives and open new business channels
- Work with solution architects to design new offerings and support expansion in priority accounts
- Achieve alliance program goals by executing joint business strategies and boosting both partner-led and partner-influenced revenue streams
- Promote the value of the Microsoft partnership by creating and sharing customer success stories
- Represent EPAM at Microsoft and industry gatherings, working with sales and marketing to enhance the company’s presence
- Manage the partner deal registration process and keep up-to-date with Microsoft’s engagement standards and evaluation criteria across the region
- Partner with North American and global cloud teams to deliver annual and quarterly updates to EPAM’s senior management
- Lead and organize quarterly business review meetings with Microsoft partners in each territory
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem
- Minimum 5 years in sales or alliance roles, with a focus on cloud technologies; experience with Microsoft is considered an asset
- Demonstrated leadership with at least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more, showing strong people management and leadership skills
- Involvement in at least 5 complete project cycles or experience bringing a product or significant feature to market
- Deep understanding of solution integration or partner-driven sales, with a proven record of achieving business objectives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex topics to various audiences
- Strong organizational capabilities, including pipeline management and process enhancement
- Experience in building and sustaining strategic partnerships and managing key business relationships
- Solid knowledge of marketing approaches and business development within the tech industry
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on commitments
- Collaborative mindset focused on team success and shared achievements
