Join as an M365 L2 Support Engineer and manage, support and administer hybrid Microsoft 365 environments for customers in a regulated financial institution. Serve as the primary escalation point for M365-related incidents, ensure service continuity and maintain a security-first approach across Exchange Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Entra ID.
Responsibilities
- Triage and resolve L2 escalations across Exchange Online/Hybrid, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune and Entra ID
- Administer hybrid identity including Azure AD Connect sync health, Conditional Access troubleshooting and MFA
- Manage user lifecycle, mailbox administration, license assignments and Teams/SharePoint governance
- Support Exchange hybrid coexistence including mailbox migrations, mail flow and certificate renewals
- Manage Intune device enrollment, compliance policies, app deployments and Autopilot profiles
- Assist Security team with Defender for Endpoint/Office 365 alert triage and DLP incident review
- Monitor M365 Service Health, Azure AD Connect health and sign-in anomalies, communicating proactively to stakeholders
- Execute planned changes following ITIL change management processes
- Write and maintain PowerShell scripts for recurring admin tasks and reporting
- Produce monthly operational reports and maintain runbooks, knowledge base articles and known error records
Requirements
- 3–5 years hands-on M365 administration and L2 support experience
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online and Hybrid environments
- Solid experience with Entra ID, Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access and MFA
- Teams administration including meeting policies and voice
- Intune/Endpoint Manager experience for device management and compliance
- SharePoint Online administration and permissions management
- Proficiency in PowerShell for Exchange Online, MS Graph, Teams and AzureAD modules
- Understanding of Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management)
- Experience working in financial services or regulated environments

- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102)
- Experience with eDiscovery, retention policies and communication compliance
- Familiarity with ExpressRoute for M365 and network-level troubleshooting
- Experience with Graph API and Power Automate for workflow automation
- Exposure to Microsoft Sentinel integration with M365 audit and sign-in logs
- Familiarity with M365 Copilot deployment and data governance prerequisites
