The Media Analytics & Operations Manager will pioneer the automation and AI-driven transformation of our media intelligence and PR performance tracking. This role involves architecting and owning the entire analytics infrastructure within the Communications department, and transforming media analysis into a real-time, insight-driven system that directly impacts the Communications strategy of inDrive.
Communication Department Performance
- Own and automate the department reporting systems to streamline monthly coverage reports, quarterly snapshots, and ad-hoc analysis.
- Lead and automate tracking of the Communication Department KPIs and metrics, ensuring continuous, high-quality, and real-time performance tracking and reporting to stakeholders
Media analytics and insights management
- Own and track a system of indicators for PR brand reputation (e.g., SoV, SoNM, Tier %, media coverage, etc.), help regional teams keep, track and report on them
- Architect and govern an effective set of analytical tools, including monitoring platforms and advanced AI/ML-driven models, to ensure high-quality communications analytics.
- Build automated dashboards that visualise Media & Sentiment metrics in real-time and allow for checking correlations with other brand and business metrics of the company
- Lead Insight-Driven analysis of the media landscape, proactively raising AI-powered alerts on significant landscape changes, hot topics or trends.
- Deliver dedicated analytical requests from different Communications teams, such as public incident media analysis, analysis of media activities of competitors, specific topics in media and so on to support data-informed decision making for all department streams.
- Collaborate across departments to enrich communications analytics with cross-stream data integration (SMM, Crisis, and Media analytics).
- At least bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Economics, Sociology, Computer Science or a related field
- Proven track record (4+ years) in media analysis, data science, with a focus on communications/marketing analytics automation.
- Expertise in building and maintaining analytical infrastructure and data pipelines, with strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for media monitoring, sentiment analysis, and performance measurement.
- Expert understanding of key PR performance indicators and sophisticated approaches to measurement.
- Experience in Tableau, Power BI или Superset.
- Proficiency in media analysis tools (e.g., MuckRack, Meltwater, YouScan) and data visualization platforms.
- Proficient Excel: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex data visualizations). Basic knowledge of SQL for extracting data from corporate data warehouses is a plus.
- Prompt Engineering: Ability to work with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to solve analytical tasks.
- AI Data Analysis: Proficiency in using tools like Advanced Data Analysis for quick correlation discovery in raw media statistics exports.
- Automation (No-code AI) is a plus: Experience in setting up integrations via Make (Integromat), Zapier, or internal AI agents for automated monitoring and alerting of anomalies in the media landscape.
