• 2+ year of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in core principles of animation, video editing, composition, and color theory
• Experience with modern AI tools for video- and image generation
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Basic knowledge of Figma

• Creativity and the ability to work with detailed briefs as well as generate original ideas
• Readiness to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Desire to grow from feedback (responding constructively to revisions and learning on the go)

• Creating high-performing creatives for various advertising platforms
• Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and competitor analysis
