Werde Teil von Qonto als Marketing Manager (m/w/d) Deutschland – Company Creation und treibe messbares Wachstum für unser Company-Creation-Segment rund um die Unternehmensgründung in Deutschland voran.

Befristung: 6 Monate (Start idealerweise Anfang Dezember). Freelance ist ebenfalls möglich.

Du verantwortest Strategie und hands-on Umsetzung von 360°-Kampagnen entlang des gesamten Company-Creation-Funnels — mit echter Autonomie. Du berichtest an Laura Günder, unsere Head of Marketing – Central Europe.

➡️ Was du tun wirst

• 360°-Kampagnen end-to-end verantworten: Du steuerst Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Acquisition – von Strategie und Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung und Optimierung. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Teams von Content, Website, CRM, Paid, Brand, SEO, Partnerships, Events und Social Media zusammen.
• Bestehende Flows weiterentwickeln: Gemeinsam mit dem Produkt-Team, Business Development sowie unserem Company-Creation-Partner optimierst du unsere Acquisition-Flows, identifizierst neue Wachstumspotenziale und bringst neue Features, Produkte und Rechtsformen erfolgreich auf den Markt.
• Performance analysieren: Du wertest Performance KPIs aus, identifizierst Engpässe im Funnel und leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab.
• Wettbewerb im Blick behalten: Du analysierst regelmäßig relevante Wettbewerber und Markttrends, um unsere Angebote wettbewerbsfähig zu positionieren und neue Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen.

• Hands-on Kampagnenerfahrung im deutschen Markt, idealerweise SaaS, Fintech oder vergleichbares B2B-Umfeld.
• Analytische Stärke: Du interpretierst Funnel- und Performance-Kennzahlen sicher und triffst Entscheidungen datenbasiert statt aus dem Bauch heraus.
• Schnelle, eigenständige Einarbeitung: Du lieferst bereits im ersten Monat operativ.
• Projekt- & Stakeholder-Management sowie solides Copywriting für Kampagnen- und Partner-Kommunikation.
• Sprachen & Standort: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau (Muss), fließendes Englisch. Berlin.
