Owning growth research — studying user acquisition, network effects, referral dynamics, and the behavioral drivers behind product adoption
Overseeing and guiding the delivery of marketing research projects including brand health tracking (BHT), NPS, ad effectiveness, FGDs, and IDIs — ensuring quality and strategic relevance of all outputs
Designing research from scratch — translating business questions into methodology, timelines, and deliverables
Synthesizing qual and quant findings into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
Reviewing and elevating team outputs before they go to stakeholders
Mentoring and developing two Research Executives
Building frameworks and templates that make the practice more consistent and scalable
5–7 years of experience in marketing research, agency or client side
Confident in both qualitative (FGDs, IDIs) and quantitative (tracking studies, BHT, NPS) methodologies
Experience leading or mentoring junior researchers
Familiarity with growth concepts: acquisition funnels, retention, product-led growth
Deep understanding of the Philippine consumer market
Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services is a strong advantage
