New Apps is Voodoo's zero-to-one small and elite team, building the next wave of B2C AI apps on mass-market segments. We're exploring whatever looks huge next: social entertainment, fitness, health, learning, etc. Think startup speed with big-company muscle behind it.

The team is kept deliberately lean, which means fewer layers, more ownership, and faster decisions.

We're looking for someone who understands why a video gets 500 views and another gets 5 million.

You will:

Create high-quality video and static content for mobile apps, specifically tailored for Meta Ads
Ideate and execute creative concepts that go beyond standard, templated executions
Become a creative expert: benchmark competitors, identifying opportunities from trends, user behaviors and cultural moments
Understand how your creations perform and why: reading hook rate, CTR, CVR, IPM, and retention signals to iterate quickly and effectively
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Dev, UA, Product) to stay aligned with marketing strategy and business priorities

Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Scenario, Seedance, Kling, Veo, Runway, etc.)
Creative and have a hacker mindset, turning "we should make something about this" into a finished video by the end of the day
Strong instincts for content and understand what captures attention online
Fluent in English, both oral and written
Nice-to-have: experience with UI/UX, to contribute to onboarding funnel content
