SOFTSWISS is hiring a Marketing Analyst to join our Marketing team.
You’ll work across the full B2B customer journey, helping improve pipeline efficiency, conversion performance, and business growth through advanced analytics, forecasting, and experimentation.
- You’ll work with B2B funnel analytics and performance measurement across the customer journey to improve conversion efficiency and business growth
- You’ll drive data-informed decision-making through forecasting, reporting frameworks, attribution analysis, and business intelligence initiatives
- You’ll lead CRO and A/B testing initiatives to improve landing page performance, user engagement, and acquisition efficiency
- You’ll collaborate across Marketing, BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to identify growth opportunities and improve funnel visibility
- Work with end-to-end B2B funnel analytics across the full customer journey (Lead → MQL → SAL → Contract), monitor conversion performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive optimization initiatives
- Maintain and enhance KPIs reporting infrastructure and funnel performance frameworks to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Support forecasting and planning through analysis of pipeline dynamics, lead quality, acquisition efficiency, and conversion trends
- Prepare monthly and quarterly business performance reviews highlighting key insights, risks, trends, and growth opportunities
- Own marketing attribution and tracking frameworks, ensuring accurate measurement of lead sources, campaign influence, user journeys, and pipeline contribution
- Lead the A/B testing and CRO process across landing pages and digital experiences, from hypothesis generation and test setup to analysis and optimization recommendations
- Analyze user behavior using web and product analytics tools to identify friction points, engagement patterns, and conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with BizDev, Pre-sales, and Digital teams to improve analytics processes, reporting quality, and revenue impact
- Russian language proficiency at B2 level or higher and English proficiency at B1–B2 level
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, business intelligence, or digital analytics, preferably within B2B Tech, SaaS, iGaming, or FinTech environments
- Strong B2B analytics experience with deep understanding of pipeline analytics, funnel performance measurement, and customer journey analysis
- Advanced hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, event tracking, UTM governance, and conversion tracking implementation
- Advanced Excel, SQL, and Python skills, including the use of Python analytical libraries for data analysis and reporting
- Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics, digital marketing KPIs, attribution methodologies, and ROI modeling
- Proven experience leading A/B testing and CRO initiatives, including hypothesis development, experimentation, and performance analysis
- Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain analytical insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Senior-level experience in analytics or performance-focused roles
- University degree in Marketing, Analytics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
- Experience working in large international B2B technology companies
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering and data pipelines
- Previous experience contributing to mentoring, knowledge sharing, or cross-functional analytical initiatives
