Description
We're looking for a Learning & Transformation Lead to help turn new ways of working into everyday habits across the company. This role sits at the intersection of learning, leadership development, change management, and AI adoption. You'll work closely with leaders, managers, and teams to build practical programs, tools, and operating rhythms that improve execution quality, accelerate adoption, and help people navigate change with clarity and confidence.
We are actively integrating AI and automation into all areas of the business and expect candidates with mindset focused on improving efficiency and deliver a better user experience.
Key responsibilities
Capability Building & Learning:
- Design and run practical learning programs that help people improve how they work, lead, communicate, make decisions, and manage change.
- Build segmented programs for AI adoption, focused on real workflows and actual behavior change. The goal is not AI training for its own sake. The goal is better outcomes, faster execution, and stronger judgment in day-to-day work.
- Build and run leadership development programs based on real Muse situations. Focus areas include ownership, decision quality, leading through ambiguity, managing performance, using AI responsibly, and helping teams operate with greater discipline.
- Improve manager effectiveness across the company by equipping managers with practical tools, clear expectations, and repeatable operating routines.
- Design targeted capability programs for the People team as it continues moving toward stronger business partnering, sharper prioritization, and more direct impact on business outcomes.
Change Management:
- Own the people side of key transformation initiatives, including how changes are communicated, where adoption may break, and what support teams need to make change stick.
- Partner with HRD, People Partners, and business leaders to run team sessions, manager briefings, listening sessions, and structured touchpoints that surface issues early.
- Build simple change playbooks that can be reused across the company as Muse continues to scale, integrate, and improve how it operates.
- Support adoption of Muse's Operating System by helping teams turn priorities, ownership, decisions, and execution routines into visible and repeatable ways of working.
Making Progress Visible:
- Work with the HR team and business leaders to make progress visible through practical stories, examples, and internal communications.
- Show how teams are improving how they work, how managers are raising the bar, and how AI is helping people deliver better outcomes.
- Create internal rituals and formats that keep transformation connected to the normal rhythm of the company rather than treating it as a separate initiative.
- Help shape a consistent narrative around how Muse is evolving and what great execution looks like as the company scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Change Management, Organizational Development, Transformation, or a related field, ideally within a technology, product-led, or fast-scaling company.
- Proven experience designing and delivering learning programs that resulted in measurable behavior change, not just program completion.
- Hands-on experience supporting organizational change and transformation initiatives. You understand where change typically breaks down: unclear ownership, inconsistent manager follow-through, ineffective communication, competing priorities, and lack of operating discipline.
- Strong practical judgment and execution focus. You can translate broad transformation goals into simple, actionable programs, tools, routines, and interventions that people actually use.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. You communicate clearly, directly, and without unnecessary complexity.
- Practical experience using AI in your own work and helping others adopt AI in ways that improve outcomes, productivity, and decision-making.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills. You can confidently run leadership workshops, facilitate discussions, write clear internal communications, and present practical recommendations to senior leaders.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting M&A integration, post-acquisition scaling, operating model changes, or company-wide transformation programs.
- Familiarity with tools such as HiBob, Confluence, Jira, or similar collaboration and workflow platforms.
