If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Lead Web Analyst, where your skills in Google Web Analytics tools will drive data-focused solutions for our clients. We are searching for a dedicated professional to deliver data-based recommendations and actionable insights.
The analyst should be able to shift working hours to work till 1 PM EST.
Responsibilities
- Define a measurement strategy and work with the product ownership team to establish KPIs for product success
- Apply creative approaches to implement user behavior tracking for effective data collection
- Translate business requirements for tracking into detailed specifications for the development team
- Develop sophisticated end-to-end analytics pipelines spanning web analytics, advertising, and CRM systems
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance clients’ online strategies
- Perform detailed research on various aspects of customers' online strategies
- Design and execute A/B and MVT tests, including hypothesis formulation, sample size estimation, experiment planning, and reporting
- Generate insightful automated dashboards
Requirements
- 5+ years of Web Analytics experience
- Experience in various Google web analytics tools (audit, setup, reporting, API utilization): Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, Google BigQuery
- Skills in using tag management systems for tag implementation (including custom tags in JavaScript & jQuery)
- Expertise in creating and explaining dashboards through data visualization tools
- Knowledge of developing and maintaining Web Analytics project documentation
- Proficiency in A/B testing
- Background in EDW systems such as BigQuery, Amazon Redshift, or Snowflake
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain analytics to non-technical stakeholders
- English level: B2 and above

- Competency in SQL, R, or Python
- Knowledge of JavaScript
- Background in online marketing or product analytics
- Skills in statistics and data analysis, with the ability to identify trends
