Lead Software Engineer - .NET with AWS

We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and AWS to join our team. In this role, you will drive technical decisions, contribute to architectural design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring code quality, mentoring team members, and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and feedback loops.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze project documentation and requirements to make informed technical decisions
• Contribute to technical design by analyzing existing components and suggesting improvements
• Write clean, testable code following best practices and design patterns
• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams responsible for development, testing, and deployment
• Interact regularly with customers through demos and backlog reviews to maintain alignment and gather feedback

Requirements

• 9-14 years of professional software development experience
• Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET
• In-depth knowledge of OOP principles and SOLID
• Advanced understanding of design patterns and RESTful services
• Understanding of architecture patterns at an intermediate level
• Background in unit testing
• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS native services and PaaS solutions
• Working knowledge of front-end technologies (JS, React/Angular/Vue)
