Lead SAP FICO Consultant

Responsibilities
- Oversee process and functional design activities
- Define requirements and design application solutions
- Provide functional requirements for application design
- Develop and validate detailed functional designs for solutions
- Coordinate test planning and execution
- Host workshops and guide discussions with clients
- Collaborate efficiently with onshore and offshore teams
- Track project milestones to ensure timely completion
- Foster strong client relationships during engagements
- Contribute to finance team initiatives and SAP strategy
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP FICO
- Background in completing multiple full lifecycle implementations
- Knowledge of finance integration with upstream modules
- Expertise in financial accounting components
- Competency in client-facing consulting roles
- Effective communication abilities
- Interest in driving finance transformation
- Flexibility to travel based on project needs
- English proficiency level of B2+ or higher
