Lead Quality Engineer (Automation)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement
- Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows
- Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms
- Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects
- Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like jmeter or gatling
- Integrate automated testing into ci/cd pipelines and collaborate across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field
- Hands-on experience in software testing, automation or development
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and full software lifecycle
- Advanced programming skills in java, python or javascript
- Proven experience with selenium, appium, testng, pytest, cypress or similar tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
