We are looking for a Lead Python Developer to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable backend systems and services
- Collaborate with team members to ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Lead code reviews and provide guidance to uphold coding standards
- Optimize system performance and address technical issues as they arise
- Oversee the integration of third-party APIs and external services
- Create and maintain technical documentation for both new and existing features
- Champion best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
- Guide the continuous improvement of team processes and technical skills
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development
- Minimum one year of experience leading and managing development teams
- Advanced proficiency in Python for building and maintaining applications
- Experience with ReactJS for developing user interfaces and integrating with backend systems
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications
- Strong background in database design, management, and optimization
- Proficiency with Git for version control and collaborative workflows
- Experience with Python web frameworks such as Django or Flask
- Understanding of Python web server configuration and deployment
- Knowledge of security best practices in software engineering
- Experience implementing user authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher

- Experience in AI development or architecture, such as designing and implementing machine learning models, integrating AI-driven features into applications, or building scalable AI infrastructure
