Lead People Partner — Almaty

We are seeking an experienced Lead People Partner to join our team and serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the organization. In this role, you will drive impactful HR initiatives, foster a high-performance culture, and align people strategies with business objectives to support organizational growth and transformation.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders across levels
• Align people strategies with business goals and drive organizational design
• Anticipate workforce needs based on industry trends and internal growth plans
• Act as an owner of key HR initiatives, from planning to impact delivery
• Design and implement talent development and retention programs
• Drive transformation through modern, agile HR practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor on employee performance, growth, and ER issues
• Coach managers on feedback, evaluations, and team effectiveness
• Resolve conflicts and manage disciplinary processes with integrity
• Promote inclusion and cross-cultural collaboration
• Lead engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and wellbeing efforts
• Foster a positive, high-performance culture
• Use people analytics to inform decisions and measure impact

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related work experience as an HR Business Partner
• Experience in data collection with great attention to detail and confidentiality
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Competency in time management, organizational, and planning tasks
• High level of initiative, honesty, reliability, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English at B2 level
