We are looking for a Lead of Product Analytics to take ownership of our product analytics function. You will lead a team of analysts, shape the analytics agenda, and become a key partner for product teams across the company.
Responsibilities
Independently conduct in-depth analytical research and test hypotheses
Lead the product analytics team, mentor team members, and conduct one-on-one sessions
Help build a backlog of hypotheses and product tasks, and optimize funnels and product systems
Support product teams with A/B testing and task prioritization
Serve as a strategic partner to product teams in decision-making
Requirements
5+ years in product analytics
2+ years managing an analytics team
Proficient in SQL and Python
Actively uses AI tools in their daily work and knows how to integrate them into analytical processes
Strong expertise in A/B testing and hypothesis validation
Deep understanding of product metrics and metric trees
Experience building analytics on telemetry data
Strong problem-solving skills
Stakeholder management and expectation alignment
Ownership mindset over key metrics
Ability to structure ambiguity and prioritize effectively
Experience applying DISC profiling and competency/maturity frameworks
