We are looking for a Lead Network Security Consultant to join our team. You will architect and deliver comprehensive network infrastructure automation solutions that support the strategic direction of both the business and IT organization.
Responsibilities
Architect and deploy secure network infrastructures, incorporating firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies
Roll out ZTNA-aligned security policies based on discovery-driven access analysis to reinforce zero trust network access controls
Maintain compliance with applicable security regulations and standards, and support audit activities as required
Perform routine security evaluations, including penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, to detect and address potential security exposures
Provide support and troubleshooting for enterprise networking technologies, covering routing, switching, VLANs, subnetting, WAN connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and network segmentation
Follow enterprise governance standards, review procedures, and established project delivery frameworks to achieve project objectives in a consistent and organized way
Comply with enterprise ITSM and CMDB procedures to ensure precise documentation and structured service management
Track and evaluate security alerts through Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) tools, responding to security incidents promptly and effectively
Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish and enforce identity and access management (IAM) policies and network access control (NAC) solutions
Keep current with emerging security threats, industry developments, and best practices to continuously strengthen the organization's network security posture
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
A minimum of 5 years of relevant network security experience, demonstrating a strong command of network security fundamentals, encryption technologies, and secure network design principles
At least one year of experience leading and managing development teams
Skilled in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise firewalls, including Cisco and Palo Alto Networks platforms, with hands-on experience in security policies, NAT, routing, VPNs, and operational support
Hands-on experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) and Internet Access (ZIA), covering administration, policy management, troubleshooting, and secure access enablement
Solid networking background, including TCP/IP, routing protocols, switching, VLANs, subnetting, network troubleshooting, and strong familiarity with enterprise LAN/WAN environments
Experience working with intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM tools, log analysis, traffic flow discovery, and security incident response
Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and effective communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
