We are looking for a Lead Java Backend Developer to guide the design and development of scalable, resilient microservices-based systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features and drive engineering excellence.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, resilient microservices architectures
Build event-driven systems using Kafka
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Manage and optimize data using PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB
Lead technical decision-making within a fast-paced development environment
Drive best practices for Java and Spring Boot development
Mentor team members and foster strong teamwork across projects

Requirements

5+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Java Developer or similar role
Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices framework
Experience with Microservices architecture and building scalable, resilient systems
Proficiency in Kafka for building event-driven systems
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and MongoDB databases
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
