EPAM's Workforce Experience team is seeking a Lead Instructional Designer to join us on a full-time, temporary basis (6+ months, remote). We partner with global clients to drive digital and IT transformation by identifying and closing gaps in employee knowledge, behaviors, and mindset — then designing and delivering learning solutions that go far beyond traditional training. From interactive eLearning and video to podcasts, assessments, coaching, and instructor-led programs, everything we build is grounded in the latest learning science. If you are passionate about shaping how people learn and perform at scale, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
