Lead Infrastructure Engineer (Automation & Orchestration)

We are seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect and automate scalable, secure hybrid infrastructure across Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms with a software-engineering mindset. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive Infrastructure as Code adoption, and enable smooth operational handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable, secure, high-performing hybrid environments across Windows, Citrix, and cloud platforms using automation-first principles
• Lead architecture decisions that emphasize zero-configuration and zero-trust patterns across infrastructure services
• Build Infrastructure as Code standards, examples, and reusable modules to accelerate delivery and consistency
• Engineer and administer identity and access management capabilities across on-prem and multi-cloud environments
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and compliance workflows using PowerShell and related tooling
• Align security, privacy, and operational requirements with practical engineering controls and implementation plans
• Partner with cybersecurity stakeholders to execute initiatives such as threat management and data loss prevention
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting to track uptime, performance, capacity, and utilization globally
• Coordinate with business users and cross-functional technology groups to gather requirements and communicate designs
• Support Citrix Cloud platforms and associated services as part of a broader hybrid infrastructure strategy
• Plan and execute operational handoffs for Windows, Citrix, and cloud services to the infrastructure operations team

Requirements

• 5+ years of Microsoft Windows engineering experience across design, integration, and validation
• 5+ years of cloud engineering experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure in enterprise hybrid environments
• Strong leadership skills to mentor teams and advocate Infrastructure as Code practices
• Proven project delivery experience designing and implementing scalable, secure infrastructure solutions
• Expert Infrastructure as Code development and maintenance experience with modern IaC approaches
• Advanced AWS IAM expertise for identity and access management in cloud environments
• Hands-on Active Directory Domain Services experience supporting large-scale identity platforms
• Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and administration of Windows and cloud services
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for clear communication with diverse stakeholders
