Lead Full Stack AI Engineer (.NET + React)
We are looking for a dynamic Lead Full Stack AI Engineer with .NET and React expertise to spearhead end-to-end application development. This role is dedicated to hands-on execution, leveraging AI tools, modern software architectures and cloud technologies to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of full application development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation and deployment
- Architect and develop scalable high-performance solutions
- Integrate AI tools such as GitHub Copilot into development workflows
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and engineers, to ensure alignment with business goals
- Ensure high-quality code through clean coding practices, documentation and peer reviews
- Debug, troubleshoot and optimize applications for peak performance
- Drive technical excellence throughout the delivery process
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both technical and strategic needs
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with full-stack development, focusing on .NET and ReactJS
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, MS SQL and AI tools (GitHub Copilot preferred)
- Solid understanding of modern software architecture patterns such as microservices, serverless and event-driven designs
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes and infrastructure as code
- Capability to work independently with sharp attention to details and problem-solving acuity
- Background in communicating technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences including non-technical stakeholders
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
