Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance big-data applications using Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, Spark Streaming, and Python
- Implement and optimize cloud-native data pipelines on Azure, including ADF-based ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Build and maintain full-stack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend services
- Create robust APIs and microservices that integrate MarTech systems with customer-facing platforms
- Apply modern design patterns to improve reliability, maintainability, and scalability across distributed systems and full-stack architectures
- Drive AI-assisted engineering practices including Vibe Coding and other generative-AI development accelerators
- Translate business needs into durable technical solutions across data and application layers with cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Hands-on experience (5+ years) with big-data technologies such as Scala, Databricks, Spark SQL, and Spark Streaming, along with Python
- Practical experience with cloud engineering on Azure services, including Azure Data Factory
- Deep expertise in advanced system design, including event-driven architectures and distributed design patterns
- Full-stack engineering experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
- Solid background in backend development using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Proficiency in RESTful and GraphQL API design, along with CI/CD pipelines supporting full-stack deployments
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-augmented development such as Vibe Coding or comparable frameworks
- Exposure to modern AI/ML pipelines for personalization, segmentation, or content automation
