Lead Cloud Engineer (Azure)

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Engineer to lead the modernization of Microsoft Azure infrastructure with a focus on performance, reliability, and security. You will design IaC and CI/CD approaches, guide deployments across environments, and align delivery with cybersecurity needs—apply now.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current build and deployment processes to pinpoint improvements and efficiency opportunities
• Create infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows to support modernization initiatives
• Observe system performance and adjust configurations to ensure scalability and reliability
• Support platform and capability deployments across multiple environments and solve technical challenges
• Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
• Produce and maintain technical documentation to meet organizational requirements

Requirements

• Demonstrated 5 years of professional experience in a Cloud Engineer role
• Expertise in administering Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
• Hands-on proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, and Helm for container platforms
• Strong background in networking concepts relevant to containerized environments
• Proven experience with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, Argo, and GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
• Proficiency in at least one of C#, Java, or Python
• Strong communication and collaboration capability for cross-functional teamwork
• Comfort operating in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
• Advanced English level B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
