Lead Business Analyst
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive business transformation by clarifying complex needs and converting them into actionable delivery outcomes for a web and mobile inspection and reporting platform. Responsibilities
- Lead requirement discovery with stakeholders to define business needs and success criteria
- Facilitate workshops to capture workflows, scope, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into clear deliverables for development and support teams
- Produce high-quality artifacts such as business cases, functional specifications, and user stories
- Drive process analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose measurable improvements
- Align business objectives with IT and operational capabilities through proactive stakeholder management
- Provide strategic insights based on data analysis and industry best practices
- Support roadmap and backlog creation to meet ambitious milestone targets
- Coordinate with product and technical teams to validate requirements through analysis and testing
- Contribute to project planning, risk mitigation, and change management to ensure delivery
- Monitor product performance and communicate progress, risks, and decisions to leadership
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and recommend tools and methods to improve analysis practices
Requirements
- 5+ years of business analysis experience leading enterprise software products
- Strong leadership skills to facilitate workshops and align cross-functional stakeholders
- Proven project planning skills across risk and change management activities
- Advanced requirements gathering and process mapping expertise
- Solid data analysis skills to produce actionable insights and recommendations
- Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, Balsamiq, and Microsoft Office
- Good database knowledge, including MySQL, JSON data storage, and core database concepts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills with critical thinking and attention to detail
- High adaptability skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced agile environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2+ level)
