Lead AWS DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to build a Kubernetes-based service mesh platform that enables reliable cloud infrastructure deployments and platform engineering at scale. You will lead development and operations work across AWS with Terraform and Kubernetes, collaborating closely with the team to deliver a resilient platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and evolution of a Kubernetes-based service mesh platform
• Design cloud infrastructure deployment patterns and platform capabilities on AWS
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code workflows using Terraform
• Implement reliable Kubernetes configuration, deployment, and operations standards
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, availability, and cost efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to plan, deliver, and support platform releases
• Perform software design activities, code reviews, and technical documentation

Requirements

• Lead-level DevOps experience (5+ years)
• Strong Kubernetes experience
• Strong Amazon Web Services experience
• Hands-on Terraform experience
• Technical leadership skills to guide design decisions and reviews
• Platform engineering knowledge for building internal deployment platforms
• Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
• Clear written communication skills for documentation and technical alignment
• English proficiency: B2 Upper-Intermediate or higher
