We’re looking for a driven Product Manager to lead our Learning&Development Stream — building products that elevate the skills, confidence, and productivity of thousands of field employees. Your portfolio will span three key areas:
- Mentoring program for our nationwide field organization
- Learning module inside the Agent App used daily by field staff
- AI-powered learning tools, including AI Trainer, AI Examiner and other intelligent coaching solutions
Your mission is to help our agents grow faster, perform better, and stay future-ready through modern learning experiences and scalable enablement tools. You’ll own this product domain end-to-end: from vision and strategy to delivery and iteration, supported by a dedicated cross-functional development team.
This position is based in Manila. We provide relocation support, housing assistance, and everything needed to make your move smooth and comfortable.
- Build and scale the mentoring program for field teams — designing flows, tools, success metrics, and operational processes.
- Develop the learning block inside the Agent App, ensuring field staff have simple, high-quality, mobile-friendly training experiences.
- Lead the creation of AI-powered learning tools (AI Trainer, AI Examiner, coaching assistants) that boost speed, consistency, and quality of upskilling.
- Spend time in the field: visit stores, observe mentoring sessions, shadow agents — deeply understand their realities and learning gaps.
- Translate insights into a clear, prioritised backlog that accelerates agent performance and organizational capability.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, L&D, operations, and business leaders to ship impactful solutions fast.
- Define measurable KPIs for learning effectiveness, adoption, and productivity — track results and iterate relentlessly.
- Proven experience building and launching digital products end-to-end. Background in edtech, L&D tools, mobile apps, internal platforms, AI products, or fintech is a strong plus.
- You combine strategic thinking with strong execution — from research to ship.
- Skilled at balancing multiple stakeholders and aligning diverse teams around clear outcomes.
- Hands-on and field-oriented — you learn directly from agents, mentors, and managers, even stepping into their shoes when needed.
- Strong UX mindset, especially for users who aren’t digital natives and work in fast-paced, real-world environments.
- Operationally sharp — focused on speed, quality, adoption, and solving edge cases across a large distributed workforce.
- Fluent in English.
