We are seeking a Junior UX Designer to help define end-to-end user experiences for digital products and services, balancing user needs with business and technology constraints. Responsibilities
- Define user experience approaches aligned with end-user needs and business/technology constraints
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support business understanding and define target end users
- Conduct heuristic evaluations and summarize usability findings
- Design interaction flows and user journeys for key scenarios
- Apply information architecture practices to organize content and navigation
- Create site maps, content structures, and supporting UX documentation
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma to validate concepts and interactions
- Use design systems and UI kits to ensure consistency across experiences
- Review development outputs to ensure usability, interaction, and UX quality
- Contribute patterns, components, and guidelines aligned with atomic design principles
- Incorporate motion design considerations where relevant to digital experiences
- Support qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform UX decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UX design for digital products or services
- Experience in consultancy-style work with teams and stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills with business and technology partners
- User research fundamentals for qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis (basic level)
- Information architecture skills for structuring content and navigation
- Prototyping skills using Figma (intermediate to expert level)
- Usability and UX standards knowledge, including best practices
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and trade-offs
- Quality mindset to review implementations against UX definitions
- English proficiency: B2 (Upper-Intermediate)
- Consultancy experience working with clients and stakeholder groups
Nice to have
- Knowledge of motion design for digital interfaces
- Experience defining design patterns and reusable components
- Familiarity with atomic design methodology
- Experience with hybrid services that combine in-person and digital touchpoints
