We’re looking for someone who can take our onboarding experience from basic → high-impact.
This role is for a hands-on facilitator who knows how to turn training into real performance — helping new hires ramp fast, stay engaged, and succeed in the field.

What you’ll do
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new Sales Ambassadors to ensure they’re ready from day one
- Conduct ongoing training to improve skills, product knowledge, and performance
- Assist in creating training modules, materials, and learning resources
- Track and maintain training reports (attendance, performance, outcomes)
- Support continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and data
- Help create a structured and scalable onboarding experience as we grow
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–2 years experience in training, facilitation, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and manage groups effectively
- Good organization and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Forms
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced sales environment
