Responsibilities
- Execute the testing lifecycle on digital platforms and connected touchpoints
- Prepare test scenarios for new features
- Coordinate communication for issue resolution
- Prepare systems for User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Analyze test results and report findings
- Develop and maintain test cases documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support testing efforts
- Monitor regression testing to ensure stability of features
Requirements
- Junior level with 1+ years of experience in functional testing
- Experience in digital and e-commerce testing environments
- Knowledge of regression testing techniques
- Ability to develop and execute test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Cloud tools
- Ability to prepare systems for UAT
- Understanding of digital customer touchpoints
- English language proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level
