Junior Receptionist

We are currently looking for a Junior Receptionist to join our Wrocław office and help our team grow even stronger

Responsibilities

• Handle daily front-desk operations and serve as the primary contact for visitors and staff
• Process administrative invoices and maintain related paperwork
• Support employees through onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Manage the ticketing support platform and ensure timely resolution of requests
• Maintain adherence to Physical Security policies throughout the office
• Coordinate document flow, including mail handling and shipping tasks
• Contribute to planning and organizing events alongside the Events & Marketing teams
• Support client visits to guarantee a professional and seamless experience
• Arrange office upkeep and repair work with appropriate contractors
• Book taxi services for staff and visitors when required
• Monitor and replenish office supply inventory
• Handle scheduling and reservations for conference rooms
• Oversee cleaning staff and security personnel to keep the workplace safe and tidy
• Serve as the daily point of contact with Landlords and Vendors on office-related issues

Requirements

• Positive, service-driven attitude toward customers
• Strong sense of accountability
• Capability to perform duties with minimal supervision
• English proficiency at B1 level
• Polish proficiency at C1 level or above

Nice to have

• Prior background in a front-desk or administrative position
• Working knowledge of office management software and ticketing platforms
